The candidate administers contracts, which includes providing consultation, advice, direction to all levels of staff, contractors and third party entities regarding contracting issues and methods which will best meet legal sufficiency, risk management and financial requirements for the business objectives. Partner with departments to establish contracts, and/or Educational Agreements, Sale of Services Agreements between **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and other institutions. Manage payment mechanisms associated with a particular contract may be required. Will also process streamlined, template transactional acquisitions, including PSC-POs and Short Term Leases.
