THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
The Exchange Server Engineer is an essential part of the team. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, design, troubleshooting, and upgrades to existing systems. This position includes coordinating and managing integration projects for the company. The Exchange Server Engineer is also responsible for all charts, diagrams, tables, and other documentation while updating these systems. Your leadership and analytical skills will shine through while implementing new technologies. While doing these projects, you will be communicating with your support staff about your project timelines, status, and processes.

BACKGROUND PROFILE FOR MESSAGING�STAFF�SPECIALIST:
Minimum 2 years college with at least 8 years in systems analysis or application development
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting messaging systems
Minimum of 2 years experience supporting Exchange 2007 or later versions
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operation systems and related technologies
Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and general networking technologies
Ideal Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Hands-on experience supporting Exchange 2010 in a DAG configuration
Hands-on experience with Blackberry BES 5.x for Microsoft Exchange
Familiarity with MSSQL 2005/2008 and basic SQL queries
Experience with SAN and/or storage systems integration
Mobility design and support experience
