Staff Attorney (Associate General Counsel)
The candidate will have primary responsibility for legal issues in Hershey related to general corporate contracting with an emphasis on support of our procurement services, software licensing agreements, leases, real estate, and construction arrangements. May also have some responsibility for general healthcare advising, including experience with professional services agreements, so prior experience in the health care setting will be strongly preferred. May also advise on the full range of other issues facing the University and Health System on the Hershey campus. Should have a J.D. or L.L.B. from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school or higher plus 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for a level 4. Must be admitted to the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or be eligible for prompt admission.
