Develop an Android and iOS app for editing and formatting mobile photos and videos
I am looking for a hybrid mobile app developer who is experienced in working with mobile photos and videos.
There are two primary goals which overlap and should work together seamlessly: To build an app that allows users to edit their content with custom color filters (that I will be able to provide in whatever format necessary). And secondly, to be able to format this content in many different layouts (again, that I will be able to provide).
On top of this, there will need to be support for in-app purchases that unlock premium filters or layouts, along with a potential subscription option that unlocks everything in the app.
Im currently in the early exploratory stages, so Im open to hearing from all types of freelancers - full stack develops who can handle the whole UI/UX process, or just pure developers where I would need to provide the UI design. I understand that the description above is rather vague, so Im happy to provide more details once you reach out.
