Sr. Business Analyst

Profile

Will interface with the business and gather requirements for multiple I.T. initiatives. Heavy experience writing detail business requirements required. Will interface with departments like: human resources, accounting, sales. Will work with assigned project managers out of the PMO. Must have strong analytical skills and solid documentation skills. This client appreciates initiative, teamwork, and the ability to function independently. Must be able to meet reasonable deadlines and work on more than one project at a time. Will either work on new enhancements for PeopleSoft HR and Finance modulces OR Oracle E-Business R12 enhancements depending upon the skillset. Client would like to have either Peoplesoft BA (HR and or Finance modules) skills or Oracle EBS skills.
Must have good communication skills and professional image.
