Create 3D Model of One piece of cartoon style character of my friend
I am looking for an artist to make an 8-9 inch tall model of a toy figurine in the style of the One Piece manga/anime cartoon characters but made with my friends face/head.

I am trying to have this completed within the next 2 weeks so I have time to get it 3D printed.
I am looking for someone who can help me also get it designed, ordered and delivered by August 1st.
Please only apply if you can get the design and then direct me to get it made and delivered (have a plan in place for creating the piece) or if you can do the whole process from start to finish and get it shipped to me (that would be even better).
Please set a bid for your work to create it. The cost for creating the physical product - if you do it on your end - well create a milestone - just let me know what it costs.
