Chelsea Place Home Care is a fast and growing private duty home care agency. We are looking to hire a qualified scheduler to come and grow with us and be apart of something bigger!
Open Positions
Scheduler: Monday -Friday 9am-5pm & one week of the month- on call.
We are looking for:
Individuals over the age of 18 who are caring and compassionate. Must have at least one year experience in Scheduling and in Home Care. Must be reliable, a team player and willing to learn. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in the field as well as the office. We require every office member to be on-call one week out of the month.
Responsibilities :
Speak with clients or caregivers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up on appointments.
Email or mail reminders to customers or clients when appropriate.
Add, cancel or make changes to appointments in the organization's schedule.
Perform patient intake, including the completion and filing of all necessary records.
Resolve appointment conflicts for staff and customers or clients.
Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards.
Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by administrative staff, customers or clients.
Per planned holidays, weekends & after hours required.
On-call and Field work required.

Ability to multi-task
One year experience in Scheduling
One year experience working with a Home Care Agency Organizational Skills a must
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Must pass a Level 2 criminal background check
Current CPR/FIRST AID Certification
TB test required (current)
