Adjunct instructor
The candidate will be responsible to teach undergraduate and/or graduate real estate course with content focused on the project entitlement process including: the legal and bureaucratic procedures; community involvement and government relations; and negotiation with community groups, government agencies and land owners. Duties include delivery of course content, scheduling office hours and being accessible to students as appropriate, and grading. Should have an advanced degree in a related field (such as JD, MBA, MRED, MA in Economics). Must also have significant professional experience in real estate development or urban planning. Prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations is preferred.
