Seeking for a high-performing and team-oriented mid-level capital markets associate with three to five years of experience with respect to ’33 Act transactional, ’34 Act compliance and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will have had substantive experience with respect to (1) representing issuers, underwriters, agents and financial institutions with respect to public and private offerings of equity and/or debt securities and (2) advising public companies in connection with ‘34 Act reporting obligations, corporate governance and stock exchange listing requirements.
