Job Summary

Responsible for identifying complex problems and developing and deploying novel prototypes and algorithms to solve them. Improves accuracy and functionality of tools and UI dashboards. Translates application requirements into problem statements. Analyzes and evaluates solutions both internally generated as well as third party supplied. Develops novel ways to solve problems and discover new products. Provide guidance and leadership to more junior teammates. Integrates knowledge of business and functional priorities. Acts as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment. May lead teams or projects and shares expertise.

What You Will Work On:


Develop and maintain React frontend apps
Develop and maintain Elixir/Phoenix platform
Develop and maintain multiple backends in Golang, and python
Build data intensive management platforms
Build backend and frontend applications for data labeling and annotations
Build intuitive and simple user flows for different UI dashboards
Build user management schemes to support RBAC based access
Present the progress on the projects with stakeholders
Create user manuals for dashboards
Manage and lead a medium-sized team
Lead and run agile ceremonies
Engage in performance reviews


Qualifications:


10 years of front and backend development experience.
Proficient in web markup such as HTML5, CSS33
Experienced in CI/CD process (Jenkins and Concourse)
Experienced in building distributed applications
Experienced in building high traffic applications
Experienced in cloud services including technologies used on AWS (S3, EC2, S3, Lambda, Kinesis, Elasticache, etc.)
Experienced using RDBMS and NoSQL databases
Strong software architecture and software design skills
Experienced in designing user interfaces for applications used by diverse types of users
Experienced in translating product requirements into production ready applications
Experienced in leading small teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
