The candidate will be responsible for administrative work and traditional law clerk responsibilities such as researching substantive issues of federal and state law, drafting legal memoranda, opinions and orders, and attending court proceedings. Additional duties include: assisting in the oversight of the daily operations of the Judge's chambers, interacting with chambers staff, court personnel, litigants and the public, and generally providing trusted legal support to the Judge. Should be a graduate from an ABA-accredited law school (prior to commencement of clerkship). Excellent academic credentials (Top 20% preferred) are required. Law Review or other noteworthy journal experience is preferred. Must be a member of the Bar of any state (candidate who intend to sit for the bar exam will be considered). Moot Court participation is an asset. Prior judicial clerkship and legal work experience post-law school would be a plus.

Clerkship Term: August 16, 2021 to August 15, 2022.
