Program Manager
The candidate will serve as key strategist with the Chief Data Scientist and the Executive Director/Chief Health Data Officer within the Center for Data-Driven Insights and Innovation (CDI2) in initiating and developing new strategic direction, long- and short-range plans and innovative initiatives. Responds to issues with little or no precedence. Help drive and develop system-wide initiatives, typically with organization-wide impact. Convene and manage various stakeholders within firm and across the health system engaged in various projects or initiatives. Uses advanced concepts and organizational objectives to resolve highly complex issues. Regularly works on highly complex issues or problems which require analysis of unique issues / problems without precedent and / or structure. Exercises a high level of judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Providing a framework for policy and organizational change, developing strategies for decision making and change management to remove barriers to goal achievement.
