Hands on Synon coding experience - required
Experience with iSeries platform - required
Understanding of business processes for policy administration systems very helpful
10 years of IT development and support experience
Experience with ID3 helpful
Technical writing skills helpful
MS Office and Visio skills helpful
Application architecture helpful
Rational Suite helpful
