TITLE: Marketing Coordinator/Associate
Location: Glendale, CA
Pay: $35/hr
Our client, a worldwide media and entertainment brand is seeking a Marketing Associate to strategically coordinator between the International marketing strategy leads and media management team to ensure all assets are tracked within our traditional marketing documents, ensuring alignment and continuity for all premium content. Additionally, this person will understand the creative pipeline, be extremely detailed oriented and meticulous at tracking operational level details with strategic context and insights. This role will also help manage our photography assets and will be responsible for ad-hoc artwork requests across all our internal supported partners.
In partnership with the Marketing Ops team, track all OV deliverables by our U.S. platform partners, media management team and creative marketing team - memorialized in our marketing overview other strategy documents.
Responsibilities: 60% Manage photography assets via partner press sites and internal delivery systems
20% Manage incoming ad-hoc library asset requests from internal partners and local markets
Coordinate all marketing assets for localization across various media types, including A/V, social, digital and print - and provide a strategic perspective for the assets
Liaise between the international marketing strategy and media management teams, bridging the gap between global strategy and the localization of assets
Handle the communication of status updates in real-time for assets out to all key stakeholders
Facilitate delivery of all outgoing assets through our approved platforms
Track incoming asset requests, produce weekly asset reporting, manage all files
Required Skills: Minimum 2 years of asset coordination or trafficking experience in media related field
Superior organization skills
Strong working knowledge of multitude of assets and formats
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
A positive outlook when the going gets tough

Adobe Photoshop experience
Knowledge of video editing software
Great communication skills
