Senior Manager, Quality Assessment And Improvement
The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business and legal operations across all departments from a strategic level to ensure that our products and services are of the highest quality, integrity, and functionality. Investigate, draft and present business cases to guide key stakeholders on the appropriate actions for process alignment and improvement. Identify or develop appropriate selection tools and processes that meet the highest standards for validity, and administrative efficiency. Work within cross-functional teams to develop and redesign content, tools, and best practices. Collaborates with management and senior staff across departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards. Develops and implements quality control standard testing to evaluate inefficiencies /efficiencies and implement an evaluation process. Assesses test results, develop and communicate recommended changes. Draft and develop quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance. Periodically audit and reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies. Ability to function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires a continuous improvement and process and solution-oriented mindset, as well as a willingness and ability to take ownership to drive change. Performs other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree required. Should have 4-7 years of related experience preferred within professional services. Must have thorough understanding of quality assessment and improvement controls and methodology. Should have expertise in process design and management, and organizational transformation. Must have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
