I posted a combined project and is causing confusion, so i am posting individual for ease of management.
Product 1:
Max budget Stage 1: 8000
Max budget Stage 2: 5000
Max budget Stage 3: 5000
Repeat same for Product 2 to 4
I am new to freelancer, i was looking at similar project at projects posted, before i took a template which tells what i wish to say in my requirement
4 SaaS Products / Solutions to be made

I need competent team who understands Project Development
This is Long term project over 3-5 stages or Iteration, running over 3-5 years with constant enhancements.
I need same team working on this project exclusively
The project will need a Project Manager, 1 Dba on and off , 3-8 Programmer with 1 good in Devops & Mail , 1 Tester
My max budget for each Stage of each Product is 8000 Usd .
So for all 4 Product or Solutions max 30 000 Usd because of overlap in Stage 1
From stage 2 to Stage 3 , will be approx 40000 Usd for all 4 Product/ Solutions
Product 1 : Max 8000 (welcome to quote lower) 5000 5000 = 18000 USD
Product 2 : Max 8000 (welcome to quote lower) 5000 5000 = 18000 USD
Product 3 : Max 8000 (welcome to quote lower) 5000 5000 = 18000 USD
Product 4 : Max 8000 (welcome to quote lower) 5000 5000 = 18000 USD
Payment Terms
Strictly via these freelancing sites.
For Product 1 / Solution 1 : Stage 1
10 Percent milestone created : Max 800 Usd Per Product/ Solution = On Completion of Study of Current Site and documentation made by taking snapshot or images of current project and making improvement on them, each and every Functionalities/Solutions/Modules & Discussing what will be involved in our Product in Stage 1 in terms of Devops/ Database etc
20 Percent milestone created : Max 1600 Usd Per Product/ Solution = On Completion of Study of SRS, Documentation, Database & Devops finalisation and 1st iteration of development after discussing and finalising what will be involved in our Product in Stage 1
20 Percent milestone created : Max 1600 Usd Per Product/ Solution = On Completion of minimum variable product/ solution as discussed in steps above
20 Percent milestone created : Max 1600 Usd Per Product/ Solution = On Completion of entire product and beta testing on your server
30 Percent milestone created : Max 2400 Usd Per Product/ Solution = On Completion of entire product and entire debugging and Stage 1 Complete
All 100 Percent Funds Released from Freelancer Milestone/ Escrow
Same for Product/ Solution 2 to 4 as above.
Terms are non negotiable. Dont waste your and my time trying to suggest or impose your ideas, I wont release advance or anything before work starts, etc and outside this platform.
Strong English is Must.
Strong Tech Vision in SaaS project is Must.
