Director, Employee Relations
The candidate will partner with the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (VP|CHRO) and a talented group of HR professionals to direct and enhance firm's employee relations strategy. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, will direct and coordinate university’s employee and labor relations and performance management activities. In addition, the Director of Employee Relations provides direction, leadership, and education to supervisors and/or employees on broad range of employee development and performance management matters. Develops strategic performance management and training programs and initiatives in partnership with HR colleagues within the Learning and Development operation. Also oversee workers’ compensation and leave of absence administration and provide direct supervision to a growing team of HR employee relations consultants and staff. Serve as a key compliance resource, ensuring compliance with relevant Federal and State laws and regulations, as well as the promulgation and management of firm's policies, in collaboration with the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
