The candidate will assist with all aspects of trademark registration matters, including trademark prosecution, maintenance, renewals, conflicts, and chain of title maintenance, etc. Assist with all aspects of title, editorial, and trademark clearance, etc., including perform searches, analyze search results, and draft opinions for attorney review. Provide guidance on complex, high-profile and sensitive trademark matters, and devise viable creative strategies and solutions. Liaise with outside counsel. Assist with researching, authenticating, gathering, and documenting trademark evidence. Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents for attorney review. Prepare summaries and reports, as needed. Perform data entry, docket deadlines, and assist with trademark database maintenance, etc. Assist with other IP-related projects, as may be necessary from time to time.
