The
Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager
position at Bloomreach is a highly influential and varied role. They are responsible for interacting with prospects, customers and partners to understand what developers need to succeed with the platform. Then, they work with internal teams and partners to build tutorials, reference implementations, and solutions that will meet the needs of the market.
They also act as thought leaders, producing content themselves and sourcing technical leadership from around the company.
There are a thousand ways to use the Bloomreach platform to creatively solve business problems for commerce companies. This role will explore the market and solidify them for future prospects, customers, and partners.
Responsibilities:
Own the developer relations program and community. Help developers see the potential of building with a modern, intelligent digital experience platform (DXP)
Interact with prospective customers and other sources in the market to understand which solutions, reference guides, and tutorials to provide to developers working with the Bloomreach platform
Build these solutions and tutorials with partners and internal Bloomreach staff in order to help developers maximize their use of the platform
Be a thought leader: source and produce content to support Bloomreach’s technical leadership in commerce experiences
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a developer or architect at a commerce company or commerce agency
Clout, experience, and credibility with developers and senior IT, particularly in commerce
Able to genuinely interact with these personas to understand the needs of the market
Strong writing and communication skills. This role will involve producing content, tutorials, and guides for developers
5-10 years experience with commerce software. Consulting and agency experience a plus
