SUMMARY
Eagle Eye, LLC, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified Superintendent/QCM for the Ft Bragg Building Renovation Project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direction of field personnel, coordination of subcontractors and documentation of daily activities
Provide direction to company personnel to accomplish work activities
Document QC requirements and assist the Project Manager in controlling cost activities
Assure safety requirement are strictly adhered to.
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION
Required (Minimum) Qualifications
At least 5 years of construction Quality Control/Safety experience
Background in exterior and interior multi level renovation
Experience in coordination of personnel and subcontractors
Familiar with Corps of Engineers RMS system
Ability to implement Corps 385-1
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Understanding of procedures required to follow Corps 3-phase inspection system
Submittal procedure and transmittal requirements
Schedule development and updating
Understanding of how to correct deficiencies and documenting re-work 
Preferred
Familiar with facilities requiring work to be done
Experience with the discipline of construction
Location of residence in the Ft Bragg ares within 30 minutes drive

This project also requires exposure to element of temperature extremes.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
Job is performed in a part time office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required. It also requires adjusting of work time to accommodate the project demands.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
