Assistant Attorney General
Candidate will provide legal representation to state agencies and employees in matters regarding Arizona Department of Corrections. This representation includes advice and representation in complex cases in State and Federal court. Investigate; interview clients; review documents and evidence; conduct legal research; prepare pleadings, motions and all other papers to be filed in court; conduct discovery; review and analyze cases for trial; appear in court; report analysis of cases to clients and Risk Management. Supervise support staff. Travel within and out of the State of Arizona.
