Pay Rate
is determined by the individual Caregiver: # Years of HHA experience
Dual Certifications, such as CNA, PCA, etc.
Extra Skills, such as Hoyer Lift, etc.

Job Requirements
Valid CHHA
[Certified Home Health Aide] license in NJ
Current Medical Records: Physical Exam Report within one year
TB Testing [2-Step PPD /Chest X-Ray /IGRA Bloodwork]
MMR Titers or immunization records
