We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Practical Nurse for 3rd shift to oversee and work with our Personal Care assistants to ensure a safe and welcoming home for our residents.
Use your clinical skills to accurately assess our residents health needs, and demonstrate care, compassion, and dignity to our team.
must be flexible to work every other weekend and holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties
Medication and Treatment Administration
Clinical Assessment Skills
Work with Nursing Leadership to develop plan of care
Communication with PCP's
Qualifications and Skills
Must have a valid PA Practical Nursing License
