Privacy Program Senior Manager
Duties: Provide guidance on the privacy implications of new products and procedures. Work with IT, business, legal, product managers, researchers, and others to help interdisciplinary teams integrate and mitigate privacy risk. Serve as a practical internal privacy resource for Exact Sciences business teams. Develop and maintain expert-level awareness of privacy legislation and policy frameworks that are impactful to Exact Sciences. Ability to manage and prioritize cross-functional projects. Effectively collaboratively with internal and external experts from multiple disciplines. Help the team to identify and articulate the privacy impact of projects to include benefits, risks, and change management considerations. Adept with influencing and persuasion. Ability to work independently while appropriately escalating issues when critical risks arise and maintain pulse with project activities to ensure progress. Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed global organization. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork. Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
