I would like to create a crowd funding website that allows members to sign up using their Full Name, Phone Number, Username, Password, and invitee code (if they were referred by an existing member), and form of payment. When a member signs up for the website, I would like the website to generate a referral link based on their username that they created.
I would like the website to automatically add members to an organization chart. If they have an referral code then I would like that person to be added on the organization chart under the person that invited them. For example, #12 has used #6’s referral link. Therefore, #12 is placed under #6 (See Figure 1).
When a new member signs up, they will either be placed under the person that invited them or in the next open position on the organization chart. Once 4 spaces, 8-11 or 12-15, at the bottom row (Figure 1 Row D) are filled on either side, I would like a “split” to happen (Figure1A & Figure 1B). The split means that everyone that has paid into the program (spaces 8-11 or 12-15) will move up to the next level. Number 2 will move and replace #1, #4 and #5 will replace #2 and #3 and #8-11 will replace #4-7 (See figure 1 and Figure 1A). The person that was in the #1 position on figure 1 will start on a new organization chart in position #8 or under the person that referred them. And the process repeats for all positions on the organization chart. This process needs to repeat 3 times for each member.
When new members join, the website will not be collecting funds on anyone’s behalf. Each person in the spots #8-15, will pay the person in the #1 position. If possible, I would like the website to be able to confirm payments that people receive or send out without the website collecting payments on the behalf of the person paying.
There needs to be a back office for the website owner to be able to track each organization chart (board) that everyone is on. We need to be able to track the date and time the people joined and each board that they are on. Once a person exits the cycle after 3 cycles, the person can rejoin on another board (organization chart) in the next open position. Also, I would like the members to be able to track the boards that each person is on.
We also need a user-friendly database that the website owner can make changes to or move people to different positions on the organization chart. We would like to be able to just drag and drop data where needed rather than using an excel spreadsheet.
