Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the reliability and operation of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading multiple support teams with a focus on problem solving, managing large-scale cloud infrastructure, and implementing and enforcing best practices for SRE and DevOps.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage an SRE cloud team, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and reliability of the cloud infrastructure.
Implement and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans for the cloud infrastructure.
Develop and implement cloud strategy in an effort to minimize failure, improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Ensure uptime, security, and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure, and establish a culture of continuous improvement through analytics and metrics.
Collaborate with other teams to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, services, and applications.
Provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of the cloud infrastructure, including automation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and other external partners, and negotiate service contracts and SLAs.
Stay up-to-date with new technologies, including competitive and market dynamics, and product and technology, especially in cloud infrastructure and SRE practices

What you need to succeed
10 years of experience in building, managing, and scaling large-scale support teams infrastructure.
5 years of experience leading SRE teams.
Deep Industry experience solving, investigating, and fixing production issues in large scale Cloud and/or hosted environments. Superb communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize data from various sources to drive data-driven decisions.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of SRE practices, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
Demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results.

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $177,860.56 USD - $266,790.83 USD
