Diana Hamilton Summer Fellowship
The candidate will work on cases and/or projects with the Immigration Law Practice Group (Professor Virgil Wiebe), the Community Justice Project (Professor Carl Warren), or the Criminal and Juvenile Defense clinic (Professor Rachel Moran). Meet with clients, attending or appearing in criminal, juvenile, and/or immigration court. Write motions or briefs. Conduct legal research. Assist with other projects as needed. Must be a current, enrolled law student at the University. Rising 2L or 3L are considered. Previous experience in legal environment a plus. Should have legal research experience. Spanish and/or French fluency a plus.
