Kelly Services is looking for a warehouse lead in Greeley , COnFirst Shift: 6:30 amu00a0 4:30 pmnLooking for a candidate that can be groomed to take over a lead position at a local electrical distribution warehouse.nPay DOE in the 18-20/hr pay rangenJob Description:nu00a0nJOB SUMMARYnntLeads the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse in providing warehouse and delivery services.u00a0ntResponsible for the security and maintenance of the building and grounds and safe operations of all warehouse equipment and vehicles.ntPerforms the duties of the Warehouse Associate and leads and coordinates activities associated with the inventory process.nnRESPONSIBILITIES:nEssential FunctionsnntLeads and coordinates the flow of work and coordinate team members accordingly.ntResponsible for the training or cross-training of associates in safe and efficient operations.ntPerforms the appropriate SAP functions to ensure the warehouse and deliveries runs as efficiently and accurately as possible.ntPerforms the duties of the Warehouse AssociatentLeads and coordinates activities associated with our inventory process.u00a0ntCommunicates with internal customers on orders, inventory, and deliveries, etc.nnu00a0nNon-essential FunctionsnntMay assist with maintaining all our current driveru2019s records to satisfy our requirements and the requirements of all state and federal regulations.u00a0ntMay perform the duties of the delivery drivers, as needed.u00a0ntAssists to make sure all drivers meet Commercial Driver Licensing (CDL) requirements if they drive trucks that are above 26,000 lbs.ntAssists with daily safety meetings, updates and concernsntOther duties as assigned by supervisor or designatennu00a0nQUALIFICATIONSnntTwo-year business/trade degree or the equivalent in work experience.ntPrior supervisory experience with a minimum of three years of prior warehouse distribution and/or city desk experience preferred.ntGood knowledge of electrical products or systems preferred.ntMust have a valid driveru2019s license to operate company vehicles.ntPrior experience operating a forklift is preferred.ntPrefer strong working knowledge of PC for Windows, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Internet, Email and SAP software.nnWhat happens next?nOnce you apply, youu2019ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
