GOAL OF THE POSITION – we’re looking for an experienced, creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team. Ideally you’ve worked on music, entertainment or media projects.
As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for implementing our Social Media strategy to increase to grow awareness, real fans & email subscribers for our radio show and music act.
Schedule: 2-3 hrs. per day, 3 days/week.
* How we work – very simple. We created “on brand’ content and plan the content calendar 2-3 weeks in advance and used our paid scheduling services to schedule posts.
TRAINING – you will have a 2 months of paid training. You are free to ask as many questions as you want. We are here to make you great at the job and comfortable to master the position and to make more money!
MAIN DUTIES, but not limited to the following:
*note: we create the content and provide the social media strategy for you to implement and manage.
• Managing the posting schedule on social media networks. We currently use Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Twitter
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Reviewing insights and provided reports on KPI’s
• Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
• Miscellaneous Duties: research
• Provide constructive feedback
• When you are comfortable in the position help us:
o develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
o monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
*A BIG Bonuses, which makes you a Priority Candidate:
1. you have content creation skills, such as image editing, graphic design or video editing. We have Canva available for you to use.
2. Post scheduling skills. We have Buffer for you to use.
IDEAL CANDIDATE - Qualities Needed to be successful:
• EXCELLENT speaking, comprehension and writing ability in English
• You MUST speak English very well
• Problem solving abilities
• great with customer service (outbound calls and collecting information if need be)
• Great research skills
• Listening skills
• Good writing skills
• Taking notes with GREAT attention to DETAILS
• Time and project management abilities, attention to deadlines and due dates
TECHNICAL AND PROGRAM/SOFTWARD EXPERIENCES:
• Google research
• MS Excel and Word
• Google Apps, especially Calendar, Gmail, Sheets & Docs
• Dropbox
• Acrobat’s PDFs

o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Premiere
o Canva for design
o Mailchimp
o Evernote
o MS OneNote
Note: we can teach you some of the easy programs above

COMPENSATION: $5-$8 per hour with the possibility to increase in hourly pay after 6 months, if you are good and a good fit. We also cover 50% of your payment fees.
