Contracts Analyst - Procurement Services
Duties: Will be responsible for the negotiation and drafting of both strategic and procurement contracts with various suppliers, while maintaining compliance with University contracting guidelines. These contracts will maintain compliance with University contracting guidelines and will mitigate the University's risk and assure equitable terms and conditions for all parties involved. Upon signing of contracts, will work with partners within the University to assure contract compliance.
