We are actively interviewing Microsoft Business Intelligence
professionals for a Practice Lead
role in our Englewood, CO office. Our Practice Lead
will lead and grow our team and possess extensive experience in the successful development and deployment of Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions.
Responsibilities:
Creating and managing a strong brand identity, leveraging new product categories, and growing the customer base.
Responsible for analyzing, planning and developing, configuring the solution architecture to ensure that it is in line with business requirements
Manage and deliver components of client engagements including managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
Works with business users to optimize information and analytic usage
Develops and communicates project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of projects
Ensures that data projects follow prescribed development life cycle and meet quality standards
Functions as a technical expert in the design, development and debugging of dashboard and reporting environment
Design and build Reports using SSRS
Design and build Dashboards using Performance Point Server
Develops test cases and plans, and assists with system testing
Required Skills:
5 years’ experience in a data warehousing and BI
Strong conceptual and logical data modeling skills
Data Mapping and Interface analysis experience
Expert with SQL Server Reporting Services, SSRS
2 years’ experience with Performance Point Server
Possess in-depth knowledge of reporting environments and working with business analysts
Proficient in Report creation using SSRS
Ability to write reconciliation and validation test cases
Previous consulting experience, highly desired
Undergraduate degree in computer Science or other related technical/financial field.
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
