Higher Education Attorney
Duties: Manage a broad range of issues, primarily for ESF, with particular emphasis on labor and employment and student affairs. Will handle contracts and transactions, advise on policies, academic matters and other higher education related issues. Will handle administrative actions in the employment arena and disciplinary matters under applicable collective bargaining agreements, representing management in arbitrations and other forums such as Division of Human Rights, EEOC, etc. Will serve as liaison to the Attorney General's Office in litigation arising in the higher education context. Report to Senior Vice Chancellor for Legal Affairs & General Counsel in Albany, New York.
