Addison Group’s client, a prominent environmental consulting firm, is seeking an HR Manager/Generalist to join their team in Washington, DC! This position is currently remote with the option to go into the office if desired.
Job Description:
Develop HR policies and procedures
Elaboration of processes, tools, and procedures
Coordinate and follow up various HR projects
Control, coordinate and organize the various HR activities
Coaching and developing of Colleagues
Responsible for Recruitment in North America
Provide operational and administrative support
Office Managerial Duties
Providing information and answering questions from employees and / or managers
Be alert for possible application of government measures
Responsible for the daily management of payroll and benefits administration
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficient in Payroll and HR systems
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently with little direction
Recruiting and interview experience
