The Town Hall Team is a highly collaborative group with a mission to curate and activate elevated moments of connection for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. community and beyond. We are a team of dedicated producers, detailed event planners, logistics champions, and experienced technicians. Together, we manage **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Town Hall and the Ralph J. Roberts Forum, the 'heart and soul of campus.' Town Hall includes a conference space, collaborative lounge spaces, TechBar, Coffee Bar, and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. NBCUniversal's marquee event space, the Ralph J. Roberts Forum. Named after **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s founder, the Ralph J. Roberts Forum is a two floor, 500-seat amphitheater located in the heart of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Technology Center. With 56,000 square feet of production space, full broadcast capabilities, and its Dolby Vision Atmos cinema system, there is no other place like the Forum. As the Assistant Production Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Producer, your primary function as part of an active live events production team, is to support the team with bringing these moments to life, managing our asset management system, and coordinate content editing and distribution. Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Production Support

The Assistant Production Coordinator, under the direction of the Senior Producer, helps the team produce a slate of employee programs...

TALKS: marquee speakers & thought leaders, 6-10/year.

SCREENINGS: full feature and episodic, 1/month.

EMPLOYEE TALKS: **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. employee speaker series, quarterly.

PERFORMANCES: concerts, dance, musical ensembles, 6/year.

EXPERIENCES: immersive community moments, 10/year.









Asset Management

This person will be responsible for managing and cataloging all photography, video files, and other materials in our Asset Management System.

Supporting the storage and retrieval of digital media files for editing or distribution. Implements a tagging strategy for the digital assets. Coordinates transcription services.





Editing & Distribution: coordinates content editing & distribution (internal and external), ensuring editors receive content in timely manner, tracks deadlines, provides appropriate updates to Senior Producer.

Administration:

Providing administrative and project support for the production team.

Perform special projects as assigned.





Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications:


Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

An understanding of the logistics of the post-production process.

Comfortable using the Creative Suite, and be familiar with video editing equipment, digital video, and have knowledge of digital photo and video file formats.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Organizational skills necessary to handle multiple tasks and complete on time.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting and adjust smoothly to changing assignments under deadline pressure.

4-Year College degree.
