Job Summary:


Responsible for the engineering design and maintenance of process instrumentation (differential and static pressure instruments).
Support production and engineering team members with evaluation, troubleshooting and obsolescence / updating of various products, materials and processes, new product development.
Become knowledgeable of Cameron product qualifications to gain proficiency in evaluating customer requirements.
Collaborate with other team members in Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales/Marketing to contribute to and expand the success of the company.
Interface with customers as needed to prescribe preferred product implementations, address any concerns and identify opportunities for new product designs.
Attend Industry and Technical conferences (as requested) and represent Cameron to the industry.
Plan, develop, execute and document various tests and testing programs.
Effectively communicate in both writing and verbal to other departments and customers.

Minimum Job Qualifications:


Bachelor of Sciences
3 years experience in a manufacturing type environment
Comprehensive knowledge of product lines, manufacturing processes and customer technology.
Knowledge of stress analysis and mechanical apparatus design PC skills and working knowledge of engineering software packages such as AUTOCAD and Math CAD.
Good working knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and stress analysis .
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work extended hours when needed.
Materials engineering experience, with ability to identify manufacturing process effects on material properties.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
