Right at Home has an opening for an Operations Manager in our Community Care division. Work in a very pleasant, dynamic Independent Senior Living environment. Services are provided to seniors who subscribe to scheduled services. Train and supervise caregivers and Med Techs, maintain quality within standards, collaborate with our Supervising Nurse and other health care professionals. Schedule is Forty-hours per week, including every-other Saturday.



Must have at least five years' experience in the healthcare field, including supervision of others. Associates Degree is a plus. Must be technologically proficient including Microsoft Office. Essential Functions:
Hire and retain talent
Training and leadership
Complaint Resolution
Working alongside Supervising Nurse
Attending meetings
