The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Product Management professional to join and be part of our dynamic and growing **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Hybrid Cloud Platform group. You will drive product portfolio strategy, roadmap, enablement and go-to-market to unlock the potential of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. software on general purpose servers at the edge, data centers or hosted by service-providers. We are a fast-paced team operating in the realms of compute, virtualization & software-defined storage, and working cross functionally with engineering, alliances & sales.
Your Role
Multi-faceted product leader interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, sales operations & tools.
Drive the entire product life cycle from concept to launch to the post-launch sales ramp.
Identify customer and market trends (compute, storage, network) and define product requirements for specific hardware models, components and configurations to be qualified as **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platforms.
Streamline the end-to-end sales process with tools/automation to accelerate the growth on targeted platforms.
Work with cross functional teams to drive and build a compelling roadmap and strategy.
Develop the product roadmap and build consensus among stakeholders, including the executive team.
Conduct ongoing competitive data analysis and market validation activities.
Collaborate with marketing to provide product positioning, messaging and contribute to collaterals.
What you'll bring
Bachelors' degree, MBA and technical disciplines preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.
3 years of product management experience.
Experience with virtualization, x86 servers or storage appliances is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in enabling field in pre-sales engagements.
Technical business development experience is a plus.
Leadership DNA with proven ability to excite and lead a development team. 
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. High energy and excellent teamwork skills.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, build and launch excellent new industry leading products.
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $134,400 and $267,600 a year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
