The Product Specialist role, will be the direct liaison to the business users ensuring features are optimized for a great user experience, providing first level resolution to support tickets, and engaging on strategic technology projects to deliver business outcomes.

The Product Specialist will support current solutions, expand to new solutions and create an unrelenting focus on the customer experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Understand consumer insights business strategies for PVH brands, and translate those strategies into technical / functional capabilities and product roadmaps
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, test applications, and work as an integral part of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) across all brands
• Work closely with business and technology product owner(s) to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
• Participate in demos, presentations, and stand-ups specific to your initiatives to keep alignment with all contributing stakeholders
• Provide tactical and strategic support across portfolio of technologies: Enterprise and Digital Content Management, Productivity, Communications
• Facilitate feedback sessions and use deep analytics to inform product teams
• Work directly with engineers, contractors and vendors to build processes and efficiencies as we scale platforms and ensure fit with overall TPG strategy
• Assist in the analytics that drive team performance measurements, e.g., Velocity, spint points
• Craft presentations for the business on potential capabilities and enhancements to digital platforms
• Stay current with emerging technologies, bringing your ideas to the team, and helping influence future content and experience initiatives  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:          

• 3+ years of experience managing  applications, owning end-to-end support
• 2-3 years experience working within an agile software delivery framework
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with senior level audiences
• Ability to clearly communicate business requirements
• Build and maintain a relationship with global Stakeholders (5 continents) across all PVH brands
• Strong writing ability

Education:   

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Marketing and Communication, Library Sciences, or Management Information Systems

Skills: 

• Global technology implementations
• Enterprise & Digital Content Management: Content Strategy & Mangement, Workflow enablement, Metadata Enabled Systems of Record, Digital Asset Creation/Management
• Communications: Email Campaign tools, intranet, audience targeting
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to support users and optimize product experiences
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to inform recommendations and drive actions. Experience with A/B testing is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
• Familiarity with mobile technologies, web services, and application infrastructure
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
• Goal oriented and self-motivated within a team environment
