Volume new car dealership, 350-500 units/month recruiting for a BDC Guru. This person will manage a full time staff of 6 people in the Business Development Center responding to all sales inquiries from the Internet and social media. This is a fun, high pressure setting where time is of the essence on every lead. The BDC Mgr will work hand in hand with the sales managers and product presenters, to set appointments on all prospective buyers. Hits will come from the dealer's website and all other media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Yelp, AutoTrader, Cars.com and more. Must be exceptionally proficient with all these media platforms in addition to the dealer's CRM system. To be successful, this manager will need great communication skills, interpersonal, voice, written and other. The BDC operates with a template of scripts and responses that need to be followed all day, every day. This is a tried and proven system that will result in the maximum ratio of sales to leads.
