We offer Primary Care, Urgent Care, limited Specialty Care - including Cardiovascular, Radiology & Imaging, Medical Laboratory, and more.__nLooking for a dependable Full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Call Center Rep. to work in a busy Primary Care office.Must be able to multi-task, have good communication skills and have proficient computer skills.- Handle incoming phone calls- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, family members, providers and staff- Take/manage messages for providers- Verify & run insurance eligibility- Discuss balances with patients, assist in the process of setting up payment plans.- Assist in gathering of information to process network referrals- Schedule appointments by managing provider schedules- Work with other departments to setup appointments- Medical terminology- Maintains patient confidentiality- Demonstrated knowledge of EMR preferred- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Check patients in/out of the office- Collect co-paymentsnQualifications:u2022 High School diplomau2022 Knowledge of HIPAA.u2022 Medical experience strongly preferrednSkills and Abilities:u2022 Customer service skills.u2022 Knowledge of clinical administrative procedures.u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.nWorking Conditions:u2022 Possible intermittent physical activity, including walking, standing, and supporting patients.u2022 Frequent sitting, talking, hearing, and occasionally stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift (up to 25 lbs.), and ability to adjust vision for close visualization-oriented tasks.u2022 Work is performed in an indoor environment and with both natural and artificial lighting.u2022 Potential exposure to airborne dust, humidity, and temperature fluctuations.u2022 Exposure to patients in various states of hygiene and emotional condition.u2022 Potential risk of exposure to blood borne and airborne pathogens and bodily fluids.u2022 Potential exposure to communicable virus, disease and infection.u2022 Potential traumatic medical situations or patients experiencing pain or discomfort.u2022 Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.n_____________________________________ Please apply on-line.
