The candidate will learn how to medically manage cases and work directly with the attorney on resolving cases. Will initiate work on new personal injury cases. Gather and analyze relevant information pertaining to the personal injury claims. Investigate the nature and facts of each case. Work directly with the clients and insurance adjusters. Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case. Insurance adjuster experience is preferred. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail. Should have excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
