Associate/Professor of Cyberspace Law
The candidate will have to support the NDU and IRMC missions by contributing knowledge, expertise and experience to educate students in the area of law, information, and emerging technologies, including cyber law and cyber security. Preparing curriculum and instructional materials and delivers instruction face-to-face and on-line, especially in the areas of cyber law and ethics as well as the related areas of privacy, intellectual property, criminal law and contracts at the graduate level. Participating in the planning and development of courses of study for IRMC educational programs, including the Joint Professional Military Education, Cyber Leadership, Cyber security, and CIO Programs. Providing analyses of cyberspace and legal issues to develop new concepts and approaches to issues of significant national security. Leading and participating in collaborative relationships as a member of NDU and the IRMC faculty to ensure the accomplishment of University and program missions.
