Care America is seeking hard-working, compassionate individuals to add to our existing team of caregivers to provide service to our clients in San Jose. Whether you are looking to only add 10 hours of caregiving to your weekly schedule or up to 48 hours, we can give you schedules that match your availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical home care services and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to seniors, disabled individuals, and others in the community with identified needs. Services include, but not limited to:
Companionship
Recreational Activities (Bingo, Chess, Reading, Exercising)
Personal Care (Bathing, Toileting, Personal Hygiene, Oral Care)
Assisting with Walking and Transferring
Meal Preparation, Feeding, Nutrition, and Hydration
Light Housekeeping (not to exceed 20% of total weekly hours)
First Aid and Infection Control
Supervision and Medication Reminder
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to provide Proof of Eligibility to work in the US (compliant with Form I9)
HCA Registration and Fingerprint clearance (We can help with this requirement)
TB Clearance
Physically and mentally able to perform the essential functions of the job
