Polsinelli, a top AmLaw 100 national law firm, has an immediate need for a highly-qualified and motivated litigation associate to join our Government Investigations Practice Group in our Atlanta office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. IDEAL Candidates should also have 1 years of experience in white collar criminal defense in relation to litigating civil and criminal health care matters. Attorneys with federal clerkship experience a strong plus. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interests and experience in business litigation and government and internal corporate investigations.
