Paralegal/Contract Administrator
The candidate will prepare contracts and contract forms for different company’s business units. Support attorneys in negotiation and management of contracts. Negotiate contract terms, conditions and pricing and follow up to ensure execution according to the negotiated terms. Generate reports on the current status of existing agreements. Create standardized language for new contracts. Analyze and report on specific risks associated with contracts. May also work on other matters including litigation matters, corporate work, and general paralegal support. Able to manage and report information across a variety of matters and communicate effectively in writing and verbally at all levels of the company.
