The candidate should have professional practice expertise to teach one or more courses to public officials or in the MPA program. Projects could include teaching MPA students, collaborating on research with School faculty, advising School administrators and teaching public officials who are traditional clients of the School of Government. A Master's in public administration or management, political science, public policy or related field, or a J.D. degree is required. Must have 10+ years of professional work experience in direct practice, community practice, management, policy practice and/or research is in government. Should preferably have 1-2 years of teaching experience in public policy, government, political science or law on either the graduate or undergraduate level.
