As the Program Director you would be leading a team who are dedicated to their work supervising and mentoring clients who are coming out of federal prison and transitioning back into the community. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates a skill set for leadership, who relates well with both internal and external customers, has a managerial focus to develop and create a positive and motivated team. This role requires a leader who can direct and guide the team and processes along with being aware and supporting the developmental goals and needs of the team. The program director will provide management in the areas of staff management, policy and program monitoring, program financial management, community outreach and agency relationships, and support to client supervision.

Our programs serve state and federal work release and residential reentry center clients who are supported as they obtain full-time employment and meet financial, self-sufficiency, and family reunification goals.

Qualifications
A Masters degree and three years experience, or a Bachelors degree and five years experience in the social service or criminal justice field. Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
Three years experience in management and supervision of staff.
Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies.
Previous assessment experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
COVID19 vaccination or a weekly testing requirement.

Two (2) weeks' vacation accrued within the first year, bumped to three(3) weeks accrual after 1 year of service.
