Contract Specialist
Duties: Review, analyze, and negotiate a broad range of contractual instruments typical in the architectural, engineering, and construction industry. Serve as the primary liaison with outside contracting representatives when needed as well as support internal company representatives with their contract negotiations. Support internal company representatives with contract interpretation, particularly related to performance obligations. Draft NDAs, confidentiality agreements, subconsultant and subcontractor agreements, and contract amendments (primarily utilizing established templates). Research and understand regulations to ensure contracts compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Assist with timely filing of all business licenses. Manage certificates of insurance and bonds. Assist with the development and delivery of company educational programs regarding contracts.
