LIVE IN-HOME CAREGIVER - IMMEDIATE HIRE HHA/PCA/CNA

Profile

One On One Care is looking to hire a certified (HHA, CNA, PCA) in-home caregiver for a male, 14-years old, who lives in Fredericksburg. The client is a nonverbal male with developmental delays, and he is blind. Lifting is needed to help the client get in/out of chairs and the toilet. Regular care is needed to support him with his daily routine and meals. He enjoys music and dancing and being outside. Flexible schedule (full or part-time hrs.) with the option of overtime and overnights.
Compensation - $10.50 - $12.00/hour
What you will do as a caregiver:
- Meal preparation
- Assist the client with dressing, bathing, and personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments
- Assist the client with mobility
- Ensuring the client's safety at all times
- Record daily activities and care notes
Job Requirements
Certifications
CNA, PCA, or HHA certification required. Don’t have one? We have training programs and scholarships available! You must become certified to stay on as a caregiver.
