Build a custom stock order tool, using the Trader Workstation API.

The attached document describes the available order entry tool and a description of the desired tool.
The Freelancer will need to download the Trader Workstation Software and successfully interface the new tool via the Trader Workstation API. I will provide the Freelancer with a paper trading account to facilitate testing.
